Tottenham Hotspur vs Leicester City - White Hart Lane
Kick-off: 3pm BST on Saturday

Tottenham will once again be without Harry Kane and Toby Alderweireld for Saturday's Premier League clash with Leicester.

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino hopes striker Kane and defender Alderweireld could both make returns from knee problems for the north London derby at Arsenal on November 6.

The champions head to White Hart Lane on Saturday without both Nampalys Mendy and Ben Chilwell.

Midfielder Mendy has not featured since injuring his ankle on his Premier League debut against Arsenal in August, while Chilwell picked up a muscle strain on international duty with the England Under 21 side earlier this month.

Harry Kane scored his first Premier League hat-trick in March 2015 as Tottenham held off a valiant effort from the Foxes to claim a 4-3 win. Leicester seemed dead certs for relegation at this point, but managed to pull themselves out of the mire. We all know what happened next.

Poch Says...

On Kane and Alderweireld's return: "They are not frustrated, that's a word we don't like to use," Pochettino told his pre-match news conference.

"They feel very well, they're working very hard and they suffer a lot.

"Do you know why they want to be available quickly? Because we kill them when they are injured.

"They have double sessions every day, and they suffer, to keep fit then," Pochettino insisted.

The Stat Attack

- Tottenham are unbeaten after their opening nine top-flight matches of a season for the first time since 1990 - and for only the fourth time in the club's history.

- Leicester's league win at White Hart Lane last season was their first since October 1999.

- However, Tottenham have only won one of their last four home meetings with Leicester in all competitions (D1, L2).

Teams News - Tottenham

Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld is sidelined with the knee injury which ruled him out last weekend.

Harry Kane is getting close to a return after his ankle problem, while midfielder Moussa Sissoko is serving the second game of a three-match ban.

Teams News - Leicester City

Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri has an unchanged squad for the trip to White Hart Lane.

Nampalys Mendy is still sidelined with an ankle injury, while Ben Chilwell remains out with a muscle strain.

Our prediction: Tottenham 2-0 Leicester City
