So the Sunday rags this morning link us with a move for French boss Lauren Blanc and Young Manchester United defender Ezekiel Fryers. Strangely it was the latter which excited me more but with France currently on a 21 match undefeated streak under Blancs stewardship he is certainly a strong candidate.

Definitely Blanc Please
ReplyDeleteit will be Ralf Rangnick! just wait and see!!
ReplyDeleteHopefully Blanc AVB is no good
ReplyDeleteAvb is a gamble that could be spectacular either way. If i had to choose it would be Blanc.
ReplyDeleteGETTING A BIT SICK OF WHO ITS GONNA BE , JUST HURRY UP AND SORT IT !! COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT MODRIC , WE HAVE SOME GT YOUTH PLAYERS X
ReplyDeleteAVB for me cant beleve just becoz of the blemish ob he's record at chelsea people are writing him off even wiv the blemish he's record and titles are still better than blancs your forgetting this is a guy who has won a european title while also leading he's team unbeaten that season aswell . Lets not forget world cup winning coach scarlari got the boot from chelsea . Ancelotti who won the club there first double got the boot the special one himself got the boot aswell so lets not put the guy down becoz he got hung out to dry at chelsea
ReplyDeleteFuck both of them.
ReplyDeleteAVB, even though he was in the boiling water at chelsea, his man management was awful, lost the dressing room. Arsenal went to Chelsea scored five, and Chelsea looked like how bad we were when we leaked five at the emirates. Please do not go anywhere near AVB
ReplyDeleteI like Blanc but we will have to wait for him so i can't see levy choosing him. We have been heavily linked with Ralf Rangnick i don't know much about him other than what he achieved at schalke! could someone please tell me more......
ReplyDeleteTry pep if not avb.
ReplyDeleteAvb won't have ego's to deal with
AVB looked like a rabbit in head lights when he was at Chelski and would be out of his depth at SPURS as well.
ReplyDeleteI suppose my choice is not gonna get a look inn, yet he has the best record out of all candidates, virtually guaranteed success !! but here is where the problem lies, part of spurs fans, me included, want success, ie winning the league in champions league, a cup here, a cup there, but for years this has not happened, because as i said tottenham have an in fan conflict where some want those rewards playing fantasy football, and some just want consistency and win! and this is where Capello comes in! Because trust me when your winning you worrying about how !!
ReplyDeleteBlanc. At most Levy will have to wait two weeks for him, and he's definitely got a wealth of experience both playing and managing, more so that AVB. His presence will command respect in the dressing room
ReplyDeleteralf rangnick is a very good manager, firstly even though hes german his english is fluent as he studied English as a degree at Sussex university. He's won trophies at hoffeiheim ,and schalke and couple of cups, however he resigned schalke because of health reasons so that can be a issue for tottenham. He has an exchaustion sysdrome so whether he can last at tottenham andpremier league remains to be in question.
ReplyDeletethanks... does he have any formation preferences?
DeleteFabio is a lot better than AVB. I don't uderstand on what grounds AVB can be considered
ReplyDeleteAVB has a 47% win ratio at chelski and harry has 49% at spurs. He has mastered football at porto with support of top managers. International football means nothing and blanc has one hell of an ego. Aways has! Obvious choice for me. Start a revolution!!
ReplyDeleteBlanc won the league at bordeaux, and played the game at the highest level
ReplyDeleteif it's AVB i'll chop my head off!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is not a time to panic.
ReplyDeleteI would rather wait 2 weeks for the right manager then select the wrong manager now.
We will have to have a mini rebuild this year. Gallas, King, Freidel, all needing to go because of age.
Modric if we get 35M will have to go.
We obviously need a new striker.
Levy will have to work really hard this summer. He will have to accept a little less for Dos Santos, Bently,
Defoe, Jenus....
Blanc or Deschamp would be in my top two.
Benitez is a good manager, but I think the hunger is gone. He probably needs a year or two out.
The Martinez, Klinsmann look a little inexperienced.
Moyes is like a type cast actor, playing a stormer in his own show, but I can't see him as a fit in our setup.
AVB is a gamble. I think he has to be tough with Levy and say I will only take over if there is no DOF role. He has to Man Up here.
Remember, This Year will now be a rebuilding year.
New Keeper
Walker Kaboul Vertonghen Assou
Sandro Huddlestone(Parker)
Lennon Playmaker?? Bale
Adebayor
Well if we get Blanc that opens the door for Hugo Lloris!
DeleteHave a look at Rangnick's CV..scarcely inspiring.
ReplyDeleteAVB's is much betetr but as he is so young and NOT a football player he will have problems with the older players as he did at Chelsea.
Blanc has the CV and the right age not too old por too young (45) Blann IMO.
Klinsmann is a joke as club mananger , Guardioila might get one hell of a shock without the Braca academy and Jose is 5 yrs tied.
Moyes is too staid and is best at getting tghe most out of average players, while martinez is like Rodgers and Lambert a risk in the short term although long term he could be ok.
would like moyes british from same place as fergie
ReplyDeleteDiscovered this article which i think reinforces the quality of AVB combining what we have already and what he could bring. Very good read! see what you think
