It is being reported tonight by various reliable sources that we have agreed a £17 million deal for Corinthians midfielder Paulinho.
As always with Spurs, this one has been somewhat of a saga, but it now appears that Spurs have finally bagged the Brazilian.
Paulinho has also been linked with Inter, Chelsea, Roma and most recently Real Madrid during the summer and there were concerns that Spurs may had been beaten to the players signature.
The Daily Mail report that the Timão have confirmed the deal, even though Paulinho himself said had he will not make a decision until after the Confederations Cup in Brazil.
