Crystal Palace 1-3 Tottenham - The Fans Speak

Many great names and great goals are associated with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and today another was added to that illustrious list.

In a match in which Tottenham dominated possession for much of the game, limiting Palace to first half long range attempts, once again it took something special to unlock the opposition defence and maintain Spurs' top four drive.

Dele Alli has been hailed by many as the future of English football and the lad struck a goal today which will stay with him throughout his career.

The goal, the performance and the attitude today was exactly that of a team going for the title. Many will still doubt Spurs' chances but there is no doubt that a few more performances like today and those doubters will start believing.
