After being given a late FA Cup lifeline in the reverse fixture last week Spurs travel to the midlands to face Leicster for the forth time this season with Colchester awaiting the winners in round four.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is also considering rotating his squad.

"We have players in a condition where it's a big risk to play," he said.



"Always we assess the players and maybe we take a decision to rest some players.

"It is a good challenge as they play with a different team in the FA Cup, 10 players different from in the Premier League. We have a good chance to go to the next round and the FA Cup is important for us."

Jamie Vardy will probably be keen to play but may be saved for Premier League battles with Ranieri relatively well stocked in regards to his front line.

January signing Demarai Gray, who impressed on his debut, is expected to start.

Matty James has missed the last eight months with a cruciate ligament but is edging towards a first-team return and could feature on the substitutes bench.

Teams News - Tottenham

Tottenham have reported no new injury concerns following Saturday's win at home to Sunderland.

That means Ryan Mason (ankle), Clinton Njie (knee) and Alex Pritchard (ankle) remain sidelined.

Kane could be rested but Heung min-Son is yet to convince that he is the man to lead the line.
