Norwich have concerns at the other end of the table and rather worryingly have conceded 11 goals in losing the last three league games.
Preview continues below.....
Steven Naismith and Patrick Bamford undoubtedly increase their attacking options and strength, but Norwich have to tighten up at the back if they're to avoid sliding into the bottom three.

Stat Attack
- Norwich have won just one of their seven home games against Tottenham in the Premier League (D2, L4).
- But that victory came the last time they hosted Spurs in February 2014, when a Robert Snodgrass winner dented Tottenham's top-four hopes.
- The Canaries have scored just five goals in their last 11 Premier League games against Spurs.
Teams News - Norwich City
Norwich could give a debut to on-loan Patrick Bamford while fellow new signing Timm Klose could also play for the Canaries for the first time.
Gary O'Neil is banned but Andre Wisdom, who was ineligible against parent club Liverpool, is available again.
Teams News - Tottenham
Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino has no new injury worries ahead of the visit to Carrow Road.
Dele Alli is set to be among those back in the starting XI after not featuring in the FA Cup win at Colchester.

Our tour of the east continues Tuesday as we move on from Colchester to Norwich. As usual we’ll hear the “tough place to go” line, and as I said about Palace, it really shouldn’t be.
Our last 2 visits there have been hugely disappointing. We needed a Bale wonder goal to save us from defeat on a night where we went as hot favourites but performed poorly, and last time out in their relegation season in 2014 when a Sherwood led inept side gave us a truly horrific performance as Norwich won 1-0, their first win that day in 12.
They have kept just 3 clean sheets in their 11 games, and their wins have all come against bottom half clubs, Bournemouth, Swansea, Villa and Southampton (who were on an awful run when they went there) and had Wanyama sent off. If Palace, WBA, Leicester and Liverpool can go there and win, then we should be able to.
As always away from home, there will be a spell when we come under pressure, and with a new centre-back pairing we will be tested, but weather that storm, play our football and we should be OK.
Norwich have scored in 10 of their 11 home games tho, so this may will be a game where we need to score at least twice, but as with any game, the attitude must be spot on.
I’m going for a 2-1 win, where the scoreline doesn’t quite do justice to our performance.

I have a strong feeling that this game will be settled by the performances of the respective teams defences rather than their forward players. Whilst Norwich have conceded 14 in their last 6, including 5 in that crazy game vs Liverpool, Spurs have conceded 6 in their last 6 and have the meanest defence in the premier league.
In fact, Spurs are the only team in the premier league whose goals against column is still in the teens. As we know, one half of the league's meanest defence, Jan Vertonghen, is out injured so a lot will depend on how quickly Kevin Wimmer can settle into a premier league starting XI rather than a European or domestic cup one.
Eight different players have scored for Spurs during the last 6 games which is extremely encouraging when you consider the amount of pressure on the young shoulders of Harry Kane. So, bearing in mind all the facts, I'm going for a 1-3 away win. COME ON YOU SPURS!!!
